Dr Misteli advises his corporate and private clients in dispute resolution matters, business law, inheritance law (a SBA Barrister Specialist) and real estate law. He also works in the field of sports (CAS arbitrator, anti-doping, professional cycling).
Christophe is a specialized lawyer. He is a member of several professional associations (Swiss Bar Association, OAV) and of boards of directors and foundations. He sits on land planning committees and has overall an extensive experience in advisory and dispute resolution practice where Christophe has been advising and defending numerous individual and corporate clients over the years.
Christophe is also an arbitrator, notably at the CAS/TAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport) and in internal arbitration (ad hoc, SIA and financial regulatory matters).
